All participants, guests, professors, workshop tutors and conference lecturers are welcomed to enjoy several special evenings dedicated to socialising, cultural exchange and intercultural communication, such as:

• the welcoming evening party – meant to introduce the participants to each other and to the members of the organising team, as well as to the teaching staff, in the premises of the restaurant which will host all meals included in the programme
• the international evening party – addressed to all the participants, who are invited to present key features about their countries and to make the specifics of their cultures known to everyone. Thus, customs, food and drinks, objects and other things, as well as short presentations relevant to the countries that the guests come from will make the focus of the evening. Participants are kindly asked to come prepared for this moment.
• the farewell evening party – planned for the participants’ farewell greetings, feedback, information exchanges and to the design future plans
